paella days at Boqueria

A taste of Spain at Boqueria!
We’re setting the table for a few days filled with paella, good company, and truly delicious flavors.

Paella is more than just a dish; it’s a tradition. A pan that is placed in the middle of the table, rice that takes its time and people who gather around the food.

We prepare our paella the classic way, using Bomba rice, care, and—above all—what we love most: the *socarrat*. That golden, crispy crust at the bottom where all the flavors meld together. During our Paella Days, you can enjoy a variety of versions.

We cook. You gather. The pan arrives at the table. Then, it’s time to dig in.

7-10 October

Paella Days at Boqueria—our signature dish, prepared with tradition and perfected with *socarrat*.

¡VAMOS!
